FIRST: Contracts signed with TOTAL GOLF COMPANY (American Company Executing Project)

Contract for Excavation of the Golf Hotel with a volume of 200,000 cubic meters. Timing of execution was two months and a half.
Contract for Excavation and Fill of the Golf Course with a volume of 169,000 cubic meters. Timing of execution was two months.
Contract for Excavation, Forming and leveling of the Water lakes within the Golf Courts with a volume of 94,000 cubic meters. Timing of execution was two months and a half.
Contract for Excavation and Leveling the Villas Area of Golf Project with a volume of 156,000 cubic meters. Timing of execution was two months and a half.
Contract for Construction and Pavement of Streets surrounding the Golf Course with a length of 14.5 Kilometer (including excavation and fill with a volume of 74,000 cubic meters). Timing of execution was four months.

Second: Contracts Signed with Neama Golf

Contract for Excavation, Fill and landscaping the site of Neama Golf Hotel with a volume of 140,000 cubic meters. Timing of execution was two months.
Contract for Construction and Pavement of Roads to the Villas Area and Main Entrance to the Hotel with a volume of 44,000 squared meters. Timing of execution was two months.
Contract for Construction and Asphalting of the Roads surrounding Golf Courses with a length of 14.5 kilometer. Timing of execution was two months.
Contract for Excavation of the Swimming Pool of Neama Golf Hotel with a volume of 92,000 cubic meter .Timing of execution is one month and a half.

N.B. The above mentioned contract has been executed on hard soil in Sharm El Sheikh Mountains.

Third: Earthmoving at Holiday Inn AMFORUS Resort in Sharm El Sheikh with a volume of 79500 Cubic meter.

Fourth: Regional Road for Sheraton and Intercontinental Resort Sharm EL Sheikh.

Fifth: Construction and Roads Pavement of Sharm EL-Sheikh Crown Plaza Resort.

Sixth: Construction and Roads pavement of Coral Bay Entrance and internal roads.

Seventh: Construction and Roads pavement of internal roads of Sea Club Resort.

Eight: Construction and Roads pavement of Sharm El Sheikh International Airport.

Ninth: Construction and Roads pavement of Sharm El Sheikh International Airport (parking & landscape area).

Tenth: Construction and Roads pavement of Delta Sharm Resort in Sharm Sheikh.
