El Handasia for engineering and contracting was first established in Damam City , Saudi Arabia in 1976, under the name of "Effat Establishment for Trading Industry and Contracting" company specializing in the construction of highway roads through out the Eastern region, by its founder Eng. Mohamed Ibrahim El Noamany.
Eng. Mohamed Ibrahim El Noamany graduated from the faculty of engineering, Heliopolis University majoring in Road Construction in 1954 and had his Masters in the Construction of Highway Roads and Air ports in 1960 Cairo University.
Effat Establishment has undergone a lot of successful projects most importantly are:
  • Renewing the Water Network of Dammam City and also reasphalting its street.
  • Construction of the High Water Tank and the Water Network Connection of Kateef City.
  • Construction of Oyoun Administrative Building in Al Ehsaa.
  • Construction of Infra Structure and Villas of El Hezam El Thahaby Area in El Khobar City.
  • Construction and Pavement of Al Job ail City Streets.
In 1986 El Handasia stimulated its contracting business in Egypt and has undergone successful projects most importantly are:
